SHORT VERSION

SEEKAMO is a free game. Play it, enjoy it, do not copy it or pull it apart. Your

coins and progress live on your phone only and have no real money value. We

provide the game as it is and cannot promise it will never have bugs.

1. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS

By downloading, installing, or playing SEEKAMO: Paint & Hide (the Game), you

agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not install or play

the Game.

The Game is developed and published by Aziz Ateeq (we, us, our).

These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what data the Game

handles.

2. WHO MAY PLAY

The Game is intended for general audiences. If you are under the age of majority

in your country, you should have a parent or guardian read and agree to these

Terms with you.

3. YOUR LICENCE TO USE THE GAME

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable

licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own

private, non-commercial entertainment.

This is a licence to use the Game. We are not selling the Game or any part of it

to you.

4. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

You agree not to:

- Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Game or any part

of it.

- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source

code, artwork, audio, or other assets from the Game, except where local law

expressly permits it.

- Modify the Game, create derivative works, or produce or distribute modified

versions, cheats, hacks, bots, or unofficial builds.

- Redistribute the Game outside official app stores.

- Use the Game in a way that breaks the law, or that interferes with other

players or with our services.

- Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice.

5. COINS, LEVELS, AND IN-GAME ITEMS

Coins, unlocked levels, avatars, and other in-game items are part of the Game.

They are not property, not currency, and have no monetary value. They cannot be

sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for real money or anything of value.

All of it is stored only on your own device. If you uninstall the Game, clear

its data, reset your phone, or switch to a new device, your progress and coins

are gone permanently. There is no cloud backup and no account, so we cannot

restore anything for you.

We may adjust, rebalance, or remove in-game items in future updates.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Game, including its code, characters, artwork, level design, user interface,

and name, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and

other laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

Some assets in the Game, including music and sound effects, are used under

licence from their respective creators. Those creators retain ownership of their

work.

7. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

The Game is distributed through Google Play and uses Google Firebase for

analytics and crash reporting. Your use of those services is also governed by

Google's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third party

services, and their availability is outside our control.

8. UPDATES AND AVAILABILITY

We may release updates, change features, or add and remove content at any time.

We may also suspend or stop supporting the Game entirely.

We do not promise the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, or

compatible with every device or Android version.

9. DISCLAIMER

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind,

whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability,

fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Game will be error free, that defects will be

corrected, or that it will be free of harmful components. You install and play

the Game at your own risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of

this section may not apply to you.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect,

incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of

data, progress, coins, profits, or device damage arising out of or connected

with your use of the Game.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you is limited

to the amount you paid for the Game, which for a free game is zero.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by

negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. HEALTH AND SAFETY

Take regular breaks while playing. Stop and consult a doctor if you experience

dizziness, eye strain, headaches, or any discomfort. A small number of people

may experience seizures when exposed to flashing lights or patterns. Do not play

while walking in traffic, driving, or in any situation that requires your

attention.

12. TERMINATION

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

We may suspend or end your licence to use the Game if you breach these Terms.

Sections 5, 6, 9, 10, and 13 continue to apply after termination.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of KSA, without regard to its

conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of that

jurisdiction, unless the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country

give you the right to bring a claim locally.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the Last updated

date at the top of this page, and significant changes will be noted in the

release notes on Google Play. Continuing to play the Game after a change means

you accept the updated Terms.
